Our founder, Bailee, has spent the past 10 years traveling throughout the Dominican Republic, witnessing firsthand the needs of local communities and building deep, lasting relationships. Combined with our team’s hands-on expertise in reforestation, permaculture, sustainable building, and medical initiatives, this local knowledge allows us to design ethical, community-driven projects with real, long-term impact. We prioritize safety, transparency, and sustainability, ensuring every service-learning trip is rooted in respect, responsibility, and meaningful connection.

Our team brings a rare combination of professional expertise and deep, lived experience to every service-learning trip. With many years spent traveling throughout the Dominican Republic, staying within local communities, and witnessing their needs firsthand, we have developed a genuine understanding of the cultural, environmental, and social challenges communities face.
